Welcome to Langstation (langstation.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our language training services, including our English and Argentinian Spanish tracks. By enrolling in a course or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Business Information
Langstation is operated as a sole proprietorship legally registered in Argentina.
2. Services Provided
Langstation provides online language instruction through several specialized tracks:
- •One-to-One Coaching: Personalized live classes adapted to individual needs.
- •Small Group Classes: Highly interactive sessions capped at a maximum of four learners.
- •Corporate Training: Industry-specific programs with measurable outcomes for teams and HR.
- •Exam Preparation: Targeted training for Cambridge (B2, C1, C2) and IELTS exams.
- •Specialized Tracks: Business English (using SAÏD Business School/Oxford University materials) and Argentinian Spanish for Expats.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To maintain our scheduled departures and respect our teachers' time, the following rules apply:
- •24-Hour Notice: Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson without being charged.
- •Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.
4. Payments and Refunds
- •Advance Payment: Payment for sessions must be made in advance of the scheduled class departure.
- •Final Sales: All sales are final. Langstation does not offer refunds for purchased lessons or course packages.
5. Age Requirements and Minors
- •Parental Consent: For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign or electronically accept these Terms on the student's behalf.
- •Progress Tracking: Our Kids and Teenagers track includes regular progress updates provided directly to parents.
6. Use of Materials and Conduct
- •Intellectual Property: All materials provided, including Cambridge-approved and SAÏD Business School resources, are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- •Learning Environment: Users are expected to engage respectfully with teachers and peers in our supportive and fun sessions.
7. Governing Law
In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising from the use of our services, the laws of Argentina shall apply exclusively.
